Hacking Downgrade emunand from newest firmware

Decided to dust of my old 3ds cauz Monster Hunter Stories and Samus Return is coming.

Updated my emunand to whatever version and now shit's gone to hell.

Can i downgrade? Yes no? How?

Sys firmware is 4.5.0-8E

Got a save file from a CIA game, is that save-able?

You don't need to downgrade. What custom firmware are you using to boot that EmuNAND? Unless it's Gateway, you don't need to downgrade anything.

Dont using Custom firmware, was using the glitch for gateway card

Hmm... Well, long story short, Gateway has fallen behind on updates because part of their team is working on the new StarGate card. Most people now run Custom Firmware, regardless of whether they still use Gateway as well. Boot9Strap (B9S) is the hack most people use right now to boot Luma3DS, the most popular custom firmware, which is compatible with the latest firmware running straight from SysNAND, with no need to use EmuNAND at all. If you follow http://3ds.guide you will find the steps to install everything and move the contents of your EmuNAND into SysNAND. If you still plan to use Gateway, you will then have to create an EmuNAND with a firmware below 11.2, so I recommend that you make a dump of your 4.5 SysNAND right now, before starting the process (the "hold L" Gateway menu can do that for you).

The SysNAND. For safekeeping and in case you need to go back to a lower firmware on either NAND. You have 4.5.0-8 which means browser version 8. But you have MSET installed for Gateway already, so it may be easier to use the No Browser method

No. 4.5.0-8 means firmware 4.5.0 with browser (in this case, v8). So you go to the 4.5.0 row and do either option. MSET may be easier if you have your Gateway Blue card at hand.

So i am af the step to launch godmode9, holding start when booting. But nothing happens, even when i move the file to the empty payloads map (what i've read on the internet)
