So, i've been playing this game and i've had a blast. But i've now hit a snag. The quest marker leads me to a rock. I've looked around but haven't found any guides/walkthroughs as to what to do now.

Did you speak to the soliders? if not go and do that first. Talk to them all

Where are they? None of the NPC's mentioned anything about it.

Man I miss olden days. You needed to wait for the next, or the next after next issue of gaming magazine such as Nintendo Power to be able to get over that virtually impossible quest/dungeon/story.

you have to have talked to the princess 1st to have activated it. than just go to the yiga hideout. just head NW from gurudo until you see some mountains than start climbing. you should be able to spot it easily. i recommend bringing ancient arrows will make it A LOT easier.

I am too young for that kinda thing. My dad always said when i were playing Myst III Exile back in my olden days "Just watch a walkthrough to get past it!" ...I never did. I were too dumb so i just sat there trying to figure it out. It's like the botw shrines, i don't wanna do the shrines myself. I want my soulcoins or whatever they're called and leave, so i just look up a walkthrough of that particular shrine.

Idk why they made it like that but you can in from the back way. I did this also and ran around like crazy. Then decided to keep going and found the front door.

I tried getting into ganon's castle and i made it to his bossroom but died on stage 3. .....With 3 hearts. (holy flubbin' jesus)
I have 6 hearts now so i guess i'm ready for it.

yeah but these mofos yiga guards kill you in one hit and you have to restart from the entrance. that's why it's easier just to get rid of them with AA

I know I know. I am an old fart myself but I do the same nowdays. If something gets too hard...or sometimes even after failing the second try, I put myself into a sloth grabbing position on the couch, get an ipad, open youtube and search for ''[game][level]walkthrough'' and bam its done. And as a bonus you sometimes notice a spoiler with the corner of your eye. Like whos the real murderer in Heavy Rain or how Mother 3 ends...

But its sad really. I remember when playing Doom, Indiana Jones adventures, Monkey Island and such. You had to get everything by yourself mostly. There were myths and friends who swore they really did find out a secret code/level yet they somehow cant replicate it to show you
