I read that there are some copies out in retail already, im gonna just assume that its the very last Nintendo game that comes with 3.0.0 but i need someone to confirm or find out

I did as well but I am on the latest firmware so I would not know. I don't think there is anyway to find out if your on the latest firmware. Have you played the game yet? I have not but will later on. I have booted it up and gone through the intro screens with the washing machine etc.. and they look amazing, the graphics look so impressive! I just have not got time to play it properly yet I have left it on the map part I think I was just about to go into the first battle with the 1st txt message received.

Well you can, if you have received the game early like we have and your on a lower firmware it would tell you to update with the game to play it! If I was still on a lower firmware I would of found out.

The game will be out next monday, but web sites (fnac for me) have to send the game 2 opened days before the release date, and sometimes the post only take one day to deliver the game.

Ok, i've just lunched the game. It comes with firmware 2.1.0, at least for the european cartridge.

Does the game support local versus multiplayer?, that is one player controls a team and fights agains another players controlling the other team.

I'm not too sure I have not really played it that much since getting it on the Saturday I have literally got through the first battle and that's it, my beloved cat got ran over on the road sometime early Friday Morning so I have not been in the mood since to play anything and I didn't realize this until Saturday when I found her!. After pressing A, you get Start Game, Downloadable Content & Language settings that's all I can see at the moment.

Thanks for your support! I genuinely thought on the Friday she had just gone walk about's so I took no notice until Saturday came around and she wasn't there in the morning. I went round a few Neighbours houses to check to see if they had seen her and one told me they had seen a black & white cat on the road Friday so I went straight to that spot and I realized it was her I was so upset and still feeling it now

Can confirm that my US region copy of the game contained the 2.1.0 update as well.

it looks like a lot of the physical cart games for september could be under 3.0.1 as well seeing that the games gets produced a month before release.
