I wouldn't be to sure of that.
Homebrew is one thing, piracy another.

Well the one dude said to me on Twitter you not even need Kernel for Backup Loader, it just make it easier. So I asume Backup could made faster if there would be a skilled Person who gonna do it.

I'd rather have homebrew, we don't need a backup loader.

For me it is the different way. Homebrew is mostly useless stuff, like Cheat Tools or Emulators which you can play on PC^^

Yes, but emulators and PCs don't have that portability factor of convenience.

1.0.0 has a web browser, as I documented on Switchbrew. It's just much harder to access than other FWs.

huh, neat, I just thought it was a placeholder like the emulator.

I bought a console still on 1.0.0, guess it hasn't been selling like crazy here, so wasn't "lucky" to get a 2.x one, but I guess that doesn't matter then.

Well that is true. But I mostly prefer a Backup loader. Just not want pay 70 $ a game every month. For Pokemon even 2x 70$ + DLCs :X
I mean Games who just costs 20-30 $ is great but yeah. That is a other story.

Yeah, backup loader on nintendo switch, another system with poor storage conditions and huge game data file sizes. Especially compared to 3ds. Least wii u had a HDD and not as many games. I could see people ordering bulk SD cards for stuff like that. :P

That's nice, I'm playing that on PS4. Maybe I'll update when Odyssey comes out tho.
How is it, is it good? Functional, look okay? :)

Then don't buy a $70 game every month.
Pirates going to pirate, but come on.

Good luck fitting all the games on an SD card without paying for an expensive SD card. HDD support isn't even happening for a while yet. *shrug* No one's making you pay 70 dollars or whatever, for a game every month. You could always get a job.

Wii U doesn't have a HDD.
Wii U has 8 or 32 GB of NAND flash.

Yeah, very bad, nintendo intended to have us use external HDD for that reason, that what I was talking about.

There's 360 models with 4 GB of flash storage.
PS3 that had 12 GB of flash storage (the ultra slim ones)
It's due to keeping the costs of the consoles low.

Nintendo is still largely based on retail discs, unlike MS and Sony, which have a high variety of online content with tons and tons of game updates, DLC and expansion packs.

The big fix of 3.0.1.

Those of us paying attention didn't update (or bought a second, old FW Switch), those of us not paying attention... updated. This has been written on the wall for a while and this was one of the major holes in the Switch security, all gone now.

The number of switches with this capability are going to be in the <1% if that.

Exactly, although my hands are a bit to big for the Switch. Vita is more ergonomic.

Have you ever held the switch for a few hours and played Zelda or something. And then picked up a vita and felt that weird ass feeling?

I certainly have, where it seems as if the vita is slipping out of my hands since i have become so use to holding that large switch!

Can't say I have held a switch in me hands but can say that the Vita (with the controller grip I have) is actually quite comfy compared to the Wii U's tablet controller.

Nope, never had that experience. I think both are okay. Vita just fits my hands better.

Oh, well no wonder The xbox one was like $500 on launch day, that 500GB of storage which somehow got filed almost have way when my dad tried halo master chief collection and installed about 60GB worth of game data plus updates. Guess now I should be happy the wii u was $250 for 8GB or $300 for 32GB storage on launch day.

People are still complaining about that? With the time they waste doing that, they could've saved up for dozens of HDDs.
They could least had a small internal HDD that is easily replaceable like the other consoles. But based the size of the system, i doubt one could fit, unless it was a SSD. Would have been much more expensive.
