Hacking Unban NNID from Pokemon SUMO Leak ban(Error 022-2812)

How i can unban NNID from Pokemon SUMO Leak ban?
i replaced the nnid, friend code seed and serial code
i can access to friend list and online but when i try to make a NNID give me the error 022-2812, how i can solve this?
i want to use Miiverse, Nintendo Badge Arcade(i never use it), get full access to Nintendo eShop and upload apps into smile basic

You can't without replacing your DeviceID and CTCert with unbanned ones from another console in memory. There's no public way of doing this, so you're SOL. Sorry. You'll have to buy another 3DS to regain these services, or figure out how to inject an unbanned DeviceID and CTCert.

Absolutely impossible! Just kidding. But seriously though, Nintendo Network services block the deviceID on your Nintendo 3DS system. The deviceID is hardcoded in the SoC itself, so therefore you can't change it.

But at some point in the future, there will be applications that will be able to spoof the deviceID on your system to be a deviceID of a different system (just like how there's applications that can spoof MAC Addresses). But even doing that will carry the risk of Nintendo Network Administrators banning that deviceID too, if they find out.

You will likely never be able to use an NNID on that console ever again, which means you cannot use the MiiVerse.

You can still manually edit the badges on your console and use the eShop without an NNID.
