Gaming Dragon Ball: Xenoverse 2 will be one of the better games to make use of the Switch/Joy-Cons

On the Nintendo Switch version they will allow gamers to perform special attacks such as Genki Dama, Mankankosappo or others as you'd see the characters do on the anime/manga. This alone is really awesome although it doesn't push the Joy-Cons to the next level (HD Rumble).

The next thing is, up to four Switch consoles can be used simultaneously but this is something that Mario Kart 8 Deluxe has done as well.

If you have the cash, like Dragon Ball games and want a good DB game on the go then get this for the Switch. Bandai will be including Time Patrol exclusive content as an incentive for pre-order customers (basically Xenoverse 1 story) and a code to unlock all 70 characters from the get-go (kind of lazy but I get it).

I was going to make a post saying "Blah blah, Fighter Z please" but that is honestly very cool. Really the news about Xenoverse's success on Switch being a determining factor in Figher Z being ported made me kind of sour on XV 2. I have it on PC as well...but never played it, don't tell me it's a waste of money...I already know >.>. Or, one day, I just don't make the time.

Hit me up if you ever decide to play. Getting people for co-op missions is tough these days. Everyone just does PvP.

I'm not entirely sold on the motion control action just yet. It could end up like the Wii's DBZ waggle gameplay or even worse - The USF2's unreliable motion controls.

The only game that I enjoy using motion controls with is Arms.

Unpopular opinion: I enjoyed Dragon Ball Z For Kinect a lot and made me feel like I was part of the action despite not working sometimes.

Bandai (Dimps, actually) has had a lot of time to polish the game in order to make sure the motion controls will work as they should although 90% of the time I'll just use the Pro Controller (or GameCube Wavebird if there's no limitations).

Sincerely wish developers would stop trying to shove motion controls into games. They don't fucking work, gimmicky as hell, and you look like a tool doing so.

Stop it.

They work when done right. Aiming in Breath of the Wild and Splatoon 2 is ideal with their motion control, I turned the motion control on for such titles and never turned them off. I look forward to using motion control for aiming my bow and arrow in Skyrim Switch as well. Having said that there are plenty of example of motion control simply not working as they learned across many games as they tried to best understand the tech. Using motion control for specific motions is usually bad, using motion control for aiming is typically fantastic these days and much better at that than using just a right analog stick to aim.

I'm sorry to bring a contender, but...

Metroid Prime Trilogy

Edit: And that Wario Ware game for Wii.

No one's forcing you to use them so quit complaining.
