I've never liked Monster Hunter games but it's worth a try since it's free and one of the newest on the series.

Not my type of game. It felt slugish, slow and somewhat unresponsive but I liked slaying some dinos and whatnot.

All your images are broken friendo. But I can see where you're coming from with what you're saying. Coming back from Splatoon and BotW, the game feels slow and somewhat clunky, but that's just good 'ol Monster Hunter to me lol. It just feels like the 3DS version but a lot prettier, hoping for a western release!

Monster Hunter isn't a series I've ever been a fan of or even liked so not much of a reason to stick with it. Great for those that love it.

It's very easy to get around to play the demo, press enter, choose a character, press a button and then you're in.

the only thing that bugs me with jp account on switch is when i launch a game i always have to select a user first ( i know it is just a second but still xD ) last time i deleted my jp account from my switch for that sole reason.

but now i need it back.

I somewhat like having different accounts (I have one for each region). Just means I can have more save files on BotW lol. Only downside for me is I get news from each account, so most of it is just useless clutter.

i was the same until i gave it a chance on the 3ds and played some of it online with a few friends.

it is mostly fun when you play it multiplayer, and Stories is the style of rpg i prefer.
cartoonish etc.

stories will be great, i look forward to it.

Fun game, controls translate really well and feels right at home on the Switch after playing hours on the 3DS version. So glad to be freed of the garbage 3DS screen. Hope they localize tho.

After about ~60 hours on MHXX on my 3ds, moving onto this demo is really eye-opening. The textures and resolution look amazing and are very clear. Can't wait to get it when it officially releases in japan, it'll definitely be worth importing (Although it'd be a massive kick in the balls if they announced a localization after I already bought it).
