Best option: Restore an old NAND backup that you should have taken before hacking the system.

Alternate option: https://3ds.guide/9.2.0-ctrtransfer.html

EDIT: After ctrtransfer, you'll still have A9LH/B9S installed. I believe SafeB9SInstaller can remove B9S. You might have to temporarily upgrade from A9LH to B9S if you have A9LH installed, though.

EDIT 2: After restoring the NAND backup, if you don't want to format the system, you may want to pull the battery to reset the clock. Otherwise, Download Play might show up in the activity log as being used for more than a year straight.

I think I still have my NAND backup but if not i'll read this, Thanks!
Edit: I did still have it and I am copying it over now (after clearing loads of space but I will format my SD l8r anyway)

The blue light going on and off again means everything is probably fine, but you don't have a boot.firm (like Luma3DS) on the root of your SD card.

Out of curiosity, why do you want to remove CFW?

Edit: In any case, the steps given to you are correct:
  1. Do a 9.2 CTRNAND transfer
  2. Uninstall B9S

Thanks for the info

I wanna remove CFW because I just want a clean 2DS for a while, then I might try out a different CFW

Why do you want a clean 2DS for a while? You're risking accidentally locking yourself out from being able to reinstall CFW in the future, when a clean 3DS is nearly indistinguishable from a CFW 3DS when not using CFW features.

If you have no good reason to be removing CFW, it is highly recommended that you not do it. You're taking unnecessary risks with no potential for gain.

My humble advice: Do not remove B9S. If you want start clean, do something like uninstall CFW titles (FBI, freeShop, etc.), or format your 3DS.

This is what happens when you take unnecessary risks. Hopefully you've learned your lesson.

DId you perform just the 9.2 CTRNAND transfer guide, or did you also uninstall B9S? I can't help you if I don't know what you did, and you're sending mixed messages.

It's because I wanted a different CFW but I didn't want to say in case everybody gave me loads of hate
