Is there a way to make HBL / Decrypt9WIP run on 11.5? The app I installed (.cia HBL v1.3) can't reach the server and download the right payload so it just tells me to quit it.

I followed 3ds.guide instructions to install Luma (I migrated from rxTools cfw) and I haven't updated (Luma) because last time I did it made my o3ds unbootable, so I reverted to the previous version.

I've read here about a Rosalina menu.. thing to access HBL. I don't know exactly what it is and how to use it.

You run Decrypt9 from the Luma chainloader.

1. Download and extract the latest version of Decrypt9.
2. Move the .firm to your SD:/luma/payloads folder.
3. Press and hold start when you boot your system.
4. Select Decrypt9.

For the Homebrew Launcher, you'll need to use the payload for 11.2.0 because the payloads for o3DS/2DS systems 11.4+ don't exist.

1. Go to http://smealum.github.io/3ds/ and scroll down to where you select your firmware.
2. Select OLD 11.2.0-35X (X means either U, J, or E depending on your region) and download the otherapp option (if it doesn't work, try the ropbin option).
3. Place the .bin file inside of this folder path: SD:/hblauncherloader. Rename the .bin file to OLD-11-5-0-38-XXX. Replace XXX with USA, EUR, or JPN depending on region.
4. Access the HBL.

Doesn't he have to rename it 11-5-0-XX-YYY to get it to work on 11.5?

Dok3's latest release was in 2015. Is that the right one?
