When i was on 11.2 i installed a legit cia devmenu from that iso site and im confused on how to use it if i search google i find videos to do with gateway and how to install the app its self

Well you can only install legit CIAs without CFW, so you'll have to find legit CIAs for the few games that have them.

Put it on the SD card, navigate to it within DevMenu, press install or something

Is it definitely a LEGIT CIA, like one that was dumped from a console that came with it preinstalled?

yep i know that for sure when fasthax was on 11.2 i could install it then but i deleted it on accedent

You're not supposed to install to NAND. Install it to SD.

Don't know, look around DevMenu. Warning you though, do NOT install titles to NAND, especially if you don't know why you shouldn't.

Don't mess with the NAND if you lack the knowledge. You'll end up messing up.
