Homebrew DSi Store is discontinued (sort of), now what?

So now I can't seem to gather any exploitable DSiware's anymore (like sudokuhax, but I never had any dsiware that was exploitable lol)

Now I kinda need help cause now the DSi store is discontinued, unless there is some sort of private servers for the DSi store

These are the games I really have in my dsi, if they are exploitable, please tell me :||||||

• Flipnote Studio
• Clubhouse Games Express
  
• Brain Age Express (arts & letters, Sudoku, and Math)
• Photo Clock

I believe there's the possibility of some kind of exploit for Flipnote Studio, however there hasn't been more than speculation. Your best bet would be having a hardmod and using TWLtool to install one of the exploitable games on it.
Maybe some kind of Soundhax type of exploit will come along in the future. (Just hoping, though.)

Q: I don't have Sudoku or another exploited DSiWare game. Will there be a new DSi exploit?
A: Yes. It's for either Flipnote Studio or DSi Browser.
For the case of FW 1.4, the exploit is RocketLauncher, which has been announced.
No hardmod is need to install the exploit. Make sure you haven't deleted the mentioned apps.
More details won't be given, and won't be released 'til the issues with the exploit for all FWs are resolved.

It's pretty much impossible. Everything is signed and the shop most likely used certificates to verify that's the legit shop.

There's like no point in thinking positive over something literally not going to happen lol. At most there can be a FreeShop type thing for CFW users.

In addition to the unproven Flipnote exploit already mentioned by Magical Sheep, if you have the data management option in your system settings, you have the ability to hardmod your system and actually decrypt the nand

You can't (readily) create another server for the official Shop app, but you can create a replacement app too
A (VC/Wiiware, of course) Wii Freeshop has been possible for the past 9 years but nobody who had the programming skills cared enough

All I'm thinking is that with the same with Flipnote Hatena, now has a private server named sudomemo, why not someone make a private server of DSi Shop channel, and then (maybe) we change the dns settings or proxy settings and hope that works? I mean it could happen in the near future i think...

If you quote everything he said then my response makes more sense.

Being able to install sudokuhax once you've got CFW might be pointless, but you can still do it.

Obviously you'll need to wait for an exploit that doesn't require a game to be installed from the shop, if it's coming then I'd have thought it won't come out before rocketlaunch.

No browsers "support" webkit, it's a rendering engine browsers are built on

The DSi browser is a variant of the (real, Presto) Opera, not anything Webkit

Has anyone actually looked into the "System Update" protocol? Perhaps security for a System Update through System Settings is a bit more lax and it'd be possible to emulate an update server good enough so you can update your 1.x (x < 4) to 1.4 firmware.
