ROM Hack Cheats for pokemon games/vc injects? games?

I have all of the pokemon games on my 3DS(including the GBA ones) and I want to know how I can inject cheats? mainly for pokemon I really want that can't be aquired unless it's through trading/cheats. Iv'e heard you can move save files of pokemon gba/gbc games on 3DS and modify them in a hex editor or something but that sounds overly complicated. Does anyone know of an easier way to get the pokemon I want?

With DS, there's Nitrohax, but it's better to run with a cart, I don't know about TWLoader comaptibility.

I don't know about the Game Boy/Color games. Without cheats there's the GodMode9 method for GBA VC, see the bottom of the page.

GB/Color, I think JKSV is just fine, at least it is on the legit RBY VC titles. PKHex supports the gbavc.sav format, as well as the .dat format from GB VC backups. Also the .sav format for DS.

You need the injector, it generates the cia to install the game.

Double post. I never tried injecting with cheats, but it should work given that tutorial, and I used Ultimate GBA VC Injector before and it's great.

Are they in .gba files? The injector is needed to convert them to .cia files, so FBI can install them right into your 3DS.
