Don't double post, edit your post instead.
I edited my post after you replied, adding some new info, you should read it.
Anyway, had you only edited IOS80 you would be able to boot into HBC using hbl2hbc from the Wii U side. Had you only edited IOS58 you would be able to boot into vWii and probably boot an USB loader or other channel in order to solve the problem.
But, most likely you can still get into Super Smash Bros Brawl by using hbl2hbc to boot into a custom title. If you own Brawl, you can load Smash Stack with it, and from there install a channel (such as YAWMM), that'll allow you to restore the original IOSes. You'll still need someone to provide the original IOSes for you, as you can't simply download them with NUSD. But you may be able to find them online on some warez/ISO site.
But if that doesn't work or you don't own Brawl, you'll have to restore it from the Wii U side, by using wupserver/ftpiiu everywhere (both require CFW on the Wii U side), I have zero experience with this but maybe
@Cyan will be able to help you, I've seen him help out other people with similar issues but I don't know if he succeeded or not.
