Please give me the low computer specs to play lego pc games

i have try to play lego marvel on my laptop acer e 411 intel celeron with max speed 2.4 ghz after overlocking. i like to play on it with wii remote. but i feel the grapich is bad its run like little creepy. example : if normally 100 % but now only 80 %. my laptop is runing fake windows 10. so i must change my cpu to play perfectly?
