FYI: I am using a CWF reinand n3ds XL
So here's how things happened.
I opened my console as usual and something popped-up and I shittingly clicked ok(not sure if its update or restart) and then suddenly its not booting up anymore. tried it several times, the reinand boots up but it always end up black screen so I asked I saw a blog that it says reinand is dead. the only hope I had is upgrading to a9lh.
so I looked how in the world will I do it and stumbled in https://3ds.guide/. so I emptied my SD card, not sure if that was correct but there was a pic in the steps what your folder looks like so I think what I did is correct(https://3ds.guide/homebrew-launcher-(soundhax)). So I followed the instructions carefully but shits ok until after installing sighaxed, the guide said it should've boot up automatically. but mine wasn't and when I tried turning it on. the indicator(blue light) will go on for a sec and will off.
