Et peut-etre tu aurais besoin d'un poste en anglish :)

(broken picture's link)
And maybe you will need to do a post in english ^^

Edit:
Post corrected so don't mind my original post :)
About missing part you could try to glue it if you do not happen to open it again OR
you can use "patafixe" I am unsure about english name, usually yellow and that easy to remove :
patafix2.jpg

But use a really small portion!
Else you can try to find broken motherboard and take it from there but that will cost way more

Hmm... muy mala suerte.
Quizás puedas solucionarlo haciendo presión sobre el contacto, pero me parece que vas a tener que cambiar el conector por uno nuevo.
Tienes experiencia soldando? /s

PS: Speak English, please!

I think the picture "speaks for a thounsand words".
He has this connector that has a hat that presses down the flex cable.
The hat fell down, got broken, etc.
It is not uncommon for this to happen if you aren't careful.

Yes, I'm saying exactly, and I'm looking for a solution

I've had luck with hot glue, Put a small drop on the ribbon cable, wait two seconds, then press on the glue.
Pressing on the glue pushes the ribbon against the pins and spreads the glue at the same time, it hardens pretty quickly and can easily be removed with rubbing alcohol

Either try this, or try building up some layers of tape on top of a layer of paper in order to put pressure on the connector, someone else fixed a broken connector by doing that.

i believe that ribbon is one sided only, so you cant put pressure on the top.
the pressure trick only works if the top is not broken.
these n3ds sockets were a surprise

2 ways you can

solder the cable to the board.

or replace the socket

Do you have a link for the cable on the picture? (With possibility of delivery in France)

That pic is from a chinese store, on Aliexpress site (hope it's OK to mention the site, even though I'm not providing a link to it). They sell a great amount of replacement parts, but some of them are quite expensive.

And yes please, provide a link to that specific item if you can, thanks.

The part you need is a zif connector
https://www.digikey.ca/product-detail/en/jae-electronics/FA1004SA1-R8000/670-2694-1-ND/4172807
FYI they are a friction lock and can't be "opened" you just pull or push the cable in and out.
Found out the hard way.
This thing is small, really small and hard to solder, but if you have the correct micro tip you can try.
There is more info on a thread here, but i'm not sure where it is anymore.

Also they have a french site too.

Found the topic:

You can thank @Wuigi as he/she found the correct part #.

Here in US, that's called TAC, it's adhesive putty and you can find it at some stores in the stationary department. Haven't tried it at all but I might look into it for some units with this problem in the future.
