Ok enough pissing about by me time to give you a serious answer. Pretty sure it won't work due to the way wii VC titles work. They are slightly modified versions of the original wii version of the game. Wii VC titles dont load from the standard vWii they have a modified version of the vWii in thier game code and it's different for each vWii title. You would need to download the game then remove all the added in extra stuff for it to work on a regular wii or a wii emu. That is also why if you brick vwii you can still load the wii VC games

well the game I want to play i have the disc, so how can I dump it?BTW thx for taking the shit I'm throwing all over gbatemp tonight. Not sure what is wrong with me and why at 2 in the morning I'm wondering about ROMs for dolphin and how I can dump them. That is why I'm being rude sorry

The answer is no. Dolphin uses iso and wbfs files not encrypted like from Wii U USB Helper
