Hacking HELP WiiFlow won't play Wii games. I can't even play Wii games installed on a wbfs hard drive

All of the installed titles, for all different consoles (Wii u, GC, N64,etc.), work with no problems. The only console I have a problem with is Wii it does not matter if I try to run a title from the Wii u side, or if I try to play a Wii game through wiiflow on the vWii side (still have no problems with other consoles on the vWii side either). Everytime I try to open a Wii game, the system resets.
I need help, please.

try reinstall every cIOS, i already haved a similar problem after i reinstall the cIOS its worked! also make sure your HD have power supply or a Y-cable.

I actually just did that. I reinstalled 249,250, and 251 with beers 53-vwii-alt. I have also tried beta52. It did not help

The Wii games used to work, but not anymore. I don't know why. They are on two different devices. The installed titles are on a .wbfs HDD and I play wiiflow through my at32 SD card.

I actually just did that. I reinstalled 249,250, and 251 with beers 53-vwii-alt. I have also tried beta52. It did not help

your HD its FAT32? also your HD have power supply?

My HDD is wbfs format. I had to install the titles through wup installer. That's not connected though because I have Wii u games installed on there, which work, and i even tried to move some of the wii games to internal memory and that was not the problem.
I am using at cable for my HDD.

Your HD must be FAT32 to work, also you are playing on wiiflow or wii eshop games(installed by wup installer).

and what type of error you get after try open a wii game?

Use fat32 for your Wii hard drive and convert your games to .wbfs files. You don't need to have your hard drive formatted as WBFS. That's a really old outdated method that has no support.

I got it working. I just switched the bases for 249 and 250. I found a thread where someone was having the same issue as I was. I can play Wii games off the drive and the SD card. Of course, knowing my luck, I bet the GameCube games won't work though. I'll look into it later.

Question about the conversations, if I do convert the drive and the files, will I still have channels for the games? I've considered doing the conversion, but I kind of like having channels.

sure (I think so) you justing converting the drive, wont change yours stuffs also just convert HD not the games because games need be wbfs, only drive need be convert

I suggested that to someone on here. I'm not sure which backup loader you're using, but it may have options for nintendont. you shouldn't have to change anything under normal conditions.

Didn't mess with 58 so I should have no problems with nintendont. I'm using wiiflow, but only because I couldn't get CFG loader work past the splash screen. However, now that my Wii u can read Wii games again, I might try it out.

Use Crap to make WADs of your games, you just need change some settings to works to vWii, i already seen a thread on forums about Crap working on vWii

GC games certainly won't work, they only work on FAT32 drives. You can instantly convert the WBFS drive to FAT32 with wbfs2fat: https://gbatemp.net/threads/wbfs2fat-py.291320/

NOBODY EVER HELPS ME ON HERE. ill just stick to reading. thanks for nothing i figured it out on my own once again. for some reason my HDD wont let me have two partitions on it. once i erased the second one my Wii games work fine on 251

This worked! Thanks so much, I went into homebrew and used the wiiflow settings to change the NAND to 251 <3 Worked perf, if that didn't you can use the iOS installer to install to 251.

Hi I have been through this thread and have tried everything here still can not get my wii game to load on my vi from wiiflow. Any suggestions that can be made would be helpful. I have tried many many things so I don't know what all I have tried. I can get usb loader gx to load some but not all of my wii games. I prefer to use wiiflow if possible I like the layout and the look of that much more.
