Hacking Any new firmware update beyond 5.5.1 coming with the BOTW DLC?

I just bought the new DLC and want to play, but I am afraid of any potential new firmware update coming with the DLC release. Could anyone confirm? Is it safe to unblock the DNS right now?

If some brave guy tried already - removed the DNS and succeeded to update the game without a new firmware, or got a firmware update and ruined his homebrew.

It would make zero sense to bring out a new firmware for the dlc as they didn't bring a new firmware out for BOTW. It would be like saying here play the full game for free if you want but to play our DLC you need to update lol.

I installed the latest dlc available on utik but the game is not showing it, it just says I have to go to eshop. Do you know why is this happening?
Solved: Wii U made a update when booting the game.

My Wii U is still on 5.5.1 and I bought the DLC on the E-shop and now whenever I run the game it says I need to update the system firmware. Anyway to bypass this issue without updating. I know I am not going to update, but it sounds like some of you got it working with 5.5.1 and the latest DLC?

Nevermind, I disabled my firewall filters and set DNS to auto and then the update started automatically for the game. I thought it already updated, but must have only downloaded/installed the DLC. Weak Sauce!

The community was already prepared for it. HaxChi, CBHC.. and those who were sluggish now need to hurry or deal with the end result and hope for another opportunity.

I'm not sure if I need the browser to do it but I sort of prepared and bought the Brain Training DS game a while ago. I know it's needed for one of the programs so I have that game installed. Is it just me or is the guide a bit convoluted?

You need the browser exploit to install haxchi to your ds game.
