Homebrew Pokemon SMD black screen when launching. Running Luma3ds

Hi everyone, I need some help. I am running Luma3ds on an Old 3ds XL on 11.4.0-37U and am trying to launch my BOUGHT Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon (I bought it before I knew about 3ds hacking). I downloaded it through Eshop and when opening, the 3ds animation appears. It is followed by a black screen where nothing happens unless I press a button. Doing so returns me to homescreen. I am completely lost!

sounds like a potentially bad SD/corrupted download, try uninstalling the game, copy everything off the SD, format it then copy over/reinstall.

May I add that I downloaded Pokemon AS through freeshop which got the error game card removed when booting. I tried deleting it but it didn't work for some reason. It just disappeared too, not on home screen, can't delete it through normal means, and it is still on my SD card, taking up space. Could this be why?

yea this deffo sounds like a suspect card, might want to test teh card if its a fake, https://www.heise.de/download/product/h2testw-50539

do you know where i can find the corrupted pokemon alpha sapphire so i can delete it?
