So, last year, I tried to install Arm9LoaderHax, and I F'd it up. I'm here because I did a horrible mistake, my screens won't turn on, but my 3DS will show that blue light since it's on. I feel like I have learned my lesson. Hopefully I might get help on how to fix this brick ( I'm not sure if it is a brick or not ). I've looked for videos everywhere, but to no avail.

And what happens if you try booting it without a SD card?
Luckily for you, a new exploit is coming out where you can use a flashcart to unbrick a 3ds. Just check 3ds.guide and gbatemp for more info as progress on the exploit develops
I actually don't have an SD card at the moment, and yes I have tried recovery mode which hasn't worked (I held it for a minute or so)

Well that is good. I would just check back on this site frequently for updates. It has proven to work, but until the compatability of carts increases, it won't be released.
As for @Crystal the Glaceon , I happen to like that name. I just wasn't sure if a name had been picked yet.

Obviously it's still trying to read arm9loaderhax from the sd. Unless the payload is moved to ctrnand you can't boot without an SD.
