I don't care about 4K, but I want 1080p@60fps stables in Dolphin/CEMU (I can accept some little fps drop if they are not every 2 minutes and not from 60fps to 30 or lower fps) and some PC Games I always wanted to try since I don't have a PS4 or XB1 to play them.

Actually I can't buy components from Amazon or different locations because I don't know how to buid them in the tower case. So I have to buy them from the same place (the french site I linked, topachat), and the site build it for me for 40€ and then they send it to me.
And once I got it, I have just to boot my USB key and install W10, update drivers and shit, then enjoy it.

For now, this is what I planned to buy:
https://www.topachat.com/pages/configomatic.php?c=69oYkumJBQ+HqQd4k/JKUPQU8l1xg4C7OtjUytUizsY=

Edit : I'm not sure, but I guess I don't need to overclock the setup I plan to buy, right?
I guess it's already powerful for what I want do.

For the watercooling, excuse me to be noob in the gamer pc scene, but I don't know really what is it and if I need one.
Is my cooling (the noctua) not good for my setup?

Also, for the tower-case and mother-board, I don't knod if I can find better quality (always from topachat, sorry...) for the ~same price.

Maybe you can help me to find something better and compatible with my setup?

That's a really good build he should be fine running anything at 1080p 60fps

Ok so I bought :
- A Gamecube controller and an USB adapter to use a real Gamecube controller on Gamecube games on Dolphin;
- A Wiimote (with motion plus integrated) and a nunchuk as well as a wireless sensor bar to use on Wii games on Dolphin.

So can I also play Cemu with the GC controller using the USB adapter?

yeah that Bluetooth adapter will be fine but you don't even need something that expensive
https://www.amazon.fr/TOOGOO-Blueto...1498338204&sr=1-23&keywords=Bluetooth+adapter
like a cheap one like this works perfectly great that's the one I use for my Wii remote
...
I'm just remembering something about Wii remotes I'm pretty sure there's something wrong with Wii remote plus where can't connect to your computer this was like an old thing that I don't know if it's still a thing

You can even buy a NASA computer. You just CANNOT play Zelda at 60fps.
Nintendo programmed it to be played 30fps. So if you reach 60 fps, you play it double speed. So it is useless!

GPU is useless in CEMU (i play it perfectly on a old GTX-760).
It is the CPU the important hardware and since you are buying now, it is better to get a Ryzen CPU (just a bit worst on CEMU than a I5, but WAY better on all other things....and cheaper! (IE: i5 7600K and Ryzen 1600)

you could save money and get a 3rd / 4th gen i5 or i7 + mobo, ddr3 ram and a something like a gtx 1050.
latest hardware is pretty much overkill atm.

i got 3 systems running 3rd gen cpu's, ddr3 and 750 ti / 1050 ti
quite happy with the performance, i only upgrade when new games start to lag.

opps nvm. saw above post..
