Homebrew How to control Homebrew apps in vWii that don't use Wii mote?

I just homebrewed my Wii U then vWii on it and I had wanted to use savegame extractor on wii mode to get my save from my copy of Animal Crossing City Folk, however the app doesn't use the wii remote and instead requires the use of power and reset buttons. Now I'm stuck because I can't control the app to extract the save game. Is there anyway to control the application now? And a game cube controller isn't going to be an option. If there isn't, is there any other app out there that can export and import saves from the disc?

I've tried but it only shows 5 saves instead of the 30+ that are shown in data management on the normal wii menu.

Maybe try SaveMii? It looks to be compatible with vWii saves, and if that doesn't work you can always extract the saves by accessing the nand in WiiXplorer.
