Good day,

I recently RGH'd my 360. Before I did so I logged into my old MS account to create a Live account and download some game updates and found that (presumably someone else or I have no recollection of it) set up a Live Silver account with a random name on my Microsoft account which I have no idea where it came from. I didn't think anything of it until I've realised just now, after RGH'ing the console, that it's asking me for a 4 digit passcode that I didn't set to change any of the parental controls so I can block Xbox live, and I don't know the answer to the security question either...

I don't want to lose any of the saves associated with my offline account which is the one I use normally, any ideas what to do here??

Actually after doing some more reading up I don't think it's actually the Live account, I've deleted that, I don't think the console was factory reset when I bought it so it's probably the previous owners parental controls on there, any ideas how to get round it?

You need jrunner log, tgere is a 4 digit code that is specific to.your console. Remove hds, boot.up, go.to.settings, system info, do the button combo, rb,lt(google it i don't knownit by heart) input code, reset console

Nvm

Oh well, I'm too slow :-(

Oh well thank you for helping have a like anyway!
