Hacking I can't boot into sysnand after updating to 11.4.0-37

I can still get recovery menu but if I try to get out into sysnand the screen turns black and the system freezes. I just wanted to update pokemon sun and moon and pokemon bank on my hacked 3ds(before this I had the most up to date firmware).

Is there any trouble shooting I can do to see what is wrong and if I can fix this or have I bricked my system? I have been out of the 3ds scene for well over a year I have absolutely no idea what I am doing anymore =(.

I feel awful for asking but how would I check? There doesn't appear to be any files or folders with a name similar to RXTools.

I followed part 1 of the guide and now whenever I try to turn my 3ds on the power light flashes once and then goes off(without powering on).
Do I need to install Luma 3ds separately first to update to B9S or am I missing something else entirely?

Also if you don't mind me asking what direction will your advice take me in? Am I going to be on 11-4-0-37 firmware after I update to B9S or am I downgrading?

it's fat32 is there another format you suggest?

FAT32 is fine try cleaning the slot what it is currently doing is what A9LH does when It can't find a SD card to boot try following section 2

I just blew in the micro sd slot(New3DSXL) and I listened closely for the clicking sound as I put the card back in. When Press Start+Power the same thing happens before with blue power light.

It seems my system wont turn on without the A9LH files/folders present.

This is normal from what I understand, unless you specifically installed the SD-Cardless version of A9LH (which had issues in itself)

Ok all the relevant A9LH files have been put back on and now the 3ds can turn on properly =). I have attached an image of the current config.ini for A9LH should I change anything or boot into something specific? If I try pressing start or don't press any buttons at all the system stays on but freezes.

I just deleted the config.ini and now when I turn on with and without holding start I get a black screen that says

"ERROR" Config file not found. Press any key to shut down.

I am really sorry about how hard this has turned out to be.

Okay follow the guide to install B9S again but please make sure you don't skip any steps and don't assume things just follow the guide as it says and if that doesn't work please send a screenshot of inside all the new folders for b9s just to make sure everything is okay

It took a little bit of tinkering but I fixed it!

So knowing I could not turn on my 3ds without the config.ini I just made a command line similar to the others only with the start button(telling it to load the file in the guide) and it worked =). From there it was a breeze to handle and now I am back on my system with what I presume is the most recent firmware that seems to have broke A9HL in the first place. At the moment I am reinstalling my pokemon Sun and Moon games and other programs.

Is there anything else I am missing or once the games are back on am I good to go from here on in? Is it safe to go online to Pokemon Bank,wifi trade,battles etc without bans using .CIA versions or no?
