Homebrew Best/easiest way to system transfer from a B9S system?

I already kind of asked a similar question in a different post, but...
What is the easiest way to transfer a O3DS 11.4E B9S modified system with a 64GB SD card, to a New 3DS 11.3E? (the New 3DS will be using that same SD card). I have a ton of .cia games/homebrew installed on the O3DS, but how can they all be transferred to the New 3DS, without reinstalling them? Do I just swap SD cards? Go through Nintendo's system transfer program? If so, what way would I do it?

Hack the N3DS first.

Then Backup the Tickets of the O3DS.

Transfer everything (except the games)

Put the sd in the N3DS and install the tickets

by transfer everything, do you mean Nintendo's system transfer, or just a SD/PC transfer? Also, after doing that process, will I have to reinstall all the games?

You should. You do the Nintendo System transfer Use this
but instead of moving everything to the New 3DS SD, just put in the OLD 3ds SD.
