you'd need to do a 9.2 CTRTransfeer if you dont have a clean backup OP, just dont be a scumbag and try to sell/pawn off a Banned console.

You can pawn a 3DS without removing BS9. It's more valuable.

Edit: A CTRNAND transfer won't remove A9LH or BS9.

doing so and updating w/o any CFW Loading should in theory at least go clean + rid A9LH/B9S as there'd be no protection against FIRM writes.

A CTRNAND transfer doesn't even touch the firm partitions. You don't know what you're talking about.

did i say the ctrnand transfer itself would clear it? No Get the wax outta your ears, updating from system menu from 9.2 w/o any CFW loaded Should Remove it.

otherwise if they have no means to go Stock then it should be left as is.

A CTRNAND transfer doesn't remove A9LH nor BS9. To be able to even boot the system on one of these, you need a CFW arm9loaderhax.bin or boot.firm.

If you had a CFW and were online at any time then it is too late - Nintendo would have already noted it. You might get banned in the future and you don't want to be on stock in that case.

so any idea how to get stock firmware back....
There's no reason to remove CFW. The bans were handed out because of the detection of illegitimate titles (FBI, freeShop, etc.). It is possible that your system has already been flagged to be banned during the next hypothetical banwave. If this happens, you will want CFW so you can unban yourself.

If you are paranoid about being banned, you can remove all illigetimate titles from your system. Assuming you haven't already been flagged to be banned, removing all illegitimate titles makes it so you have virtually no risk of being banned. Merely having B9S and Luma3DS isn't enough to get you banned.

If you are slightly less paranoid about being banned, you can just disable the Spotpass settings and the Friend List setting that send information to Nintendo and have been associated with the banwave. You could also keep your wireless disabled except when you need to use it.

So there should be no problem going online in luma3DS with my legit games right....

That shouldn't be a problem, although it is still recommended that you disable the “Sending of System Information” Spotpass setting and the “Show friends what you’re playing” Friend List setting.
