Hacking Can I update from N3DS 9.6.0-24U to 11.2/11.3

Hi there,

I have new 3DS XL with 9.6.0-24U with A9LH, I'm just wondering that can I update to 11.2/11.3 which I can still use soundhax to launch homebrew launcher.
Or any other suggestions?

The whole story is that this new 3DS XL was on 11.2.0 after hacked, I'm trying to clean all the cia homebrews and find there're still some traces in friend list's favourite titles. So I decided to recover with my initial backup which I forgot it's 9.6.0.
Now I'm stuck on 9.6.0.
Should I update to 11.4, but then I'm unable to launch homebrew launcher with soundhax.

Why do you want to launch the homebrew launcher with soundhax when you're on a CFW and you could use the homebrew launcher loader?
Note, not the new HBL 2.0 because not Luma 8 because not b9s.

But it's very difficult to find a 11.2/11.3 ctr transfer image, and it's illegal to ask for an ctr image here. I didn't make a ctr backup myself

If you are worried about banning, then update to b9s and use Rosalina for homebrew.
