Meet Boxify - A Music client for spotify and Youtube

1. Download the latest version of the homebrew client https://drive.google.com/uc?export=download&id=0B6C6WFjsJozBcE4zVmJuc3hJMFU

2. Once downloaded run the application and download boxify.

3. Once it's finished downloading you will get a .zip archive go ahead and extract it.

4. Sideload the .appx on to your xbox one and you are good to go.

Please note that due to the limitations of the Spotify Web API songs that are selected using the spotify
backend will only preview for 30 seconds. If you want to listen to full songs just simply go to settings
and select Youtube for music playback.

I'd like to also point out that for some reason the gameboy advance emulator in Nesbox seems to lag when listening to music with Boxify. This only happens with GBC/GBA in Nesbox as all the other emulators in Nesbox (Nes,Snes,Genesis) still run at full speed. I have found a simple fix though. If you would like to play a Gameboy Color or Gamebody advance game while listening to music through Boxify just use VBA10 it works fine and you can play games at full speed while still listening to music in the background.

its working pretty good i enjoy it

dont know why they even bother using spotify if its only 30 seconds, they should add more sources like video apps do and have a collection but i doubt thats what there doing or whatever but it would be awesome

Awesome, Glad to hear you are enjoying it Yeah it's an unfortunate limitation with the Spotify Web API. Their API for Android and IOS offers full playback of songs however. There is alot of demand on the official spotify github page under issues to improve the Web API to support full song playback. Until that happens were stuck with Youtube as the backend. But oh well it works and that's what counts. And that's great I'm glad to hear it is on the store. I had reached out to the developer last night to request a store version as I had some people who were asking about it.
