ROM Hack How to exceed the 300 installed game titles?

Now I heard B9 bootstrap should now allow for this?
How exactly is this done?
Since tonight im over 300 titles, I deleted some unneccary apps and a few games and now im at 295 ish. The apps that were removed from the dashboard started re-appearing(Can I trust this?)

So now im looking for ways to increase that 300 limit. I am fine now. But there will be atleast 20+ titles coming in 2017/2018 which would put me over that.

Ok so I did some research, maybe you could get passed this by using FBI installer(i never tried that many)
But you could create EmuNAND or 2 or 3. That way you can instal them all, gotta intall them all, Piratemon

There's still no Custom Home Menu that allows this, so no there isn't anything that allows this.

that's a lot of games. do u have twl games installed such as dsi or ds forwarders? I think those r included, but I've never tested it. if they're not, that's one way to increase the cap. twl games - u can only have 40 installed at one time iirc.

To answer your question, there is not yet a method that will allow more than 300 titles to show up on your home menu. Theoretically, the creators of the CFW could locate where the limit is occurring and remove or increase it, but this has yet to happen. B9S is not required, this could be accomplished on A9LH, or really any method of running CFW. Ask the developers of Luma, they may be looking into it, I'm sure they're aware of the request, I've seen the issue asked about on their github before, but I'm not sure if they're looking into it or not.

Its not that hard to get to 300 titles, with romhacks, virtual console, badges, and upcoming games
Im a person who dont finish games often but switch and return to it
And i like to have a system where i can acces a title within 30 seconds not wait 15-40 min to install for a game, which i may want to swithc over in the next hour.. get my point.

Yes it's a luxury issue to a degree. but there are people who also have this, (not alot at that perhaps)
I mean launching them via fbi is sort of an option but it takes like 90 seconds for the entire app list to load.. and then there is the thing you never know which apps dissappears first if you keep installing them.. which makes you lose track.

Shame to hear there is no real solution for this yet.

the games that r overridden r either the last games installed or the first - can't remember which. I went over the limit once when I was installing vc games, but I figured things like retroarch, which I have installed, would work better.

Emunand 2 or 3? how would I do this? This actually doesn't sound like a bad thing aslong as switching is easy on the fly, and doesnt require too much extra space, and saves and everything dont get confused or anything..

If you still use menuhax you can boot straight into FBI.3dsx and can install and launch more than 300 games, defeating the limit by never loading the Homemenu. The downside is you can no longer even use the Homemenu because the 3DS will start stacking app icons and it breaks some of them.

I believe Luma allows 4 emunands. I don't use them on n3ds, only on my rxtools 3ds :-)

No real solution because even pirates have there limit :-)

u r correct. all emunands r listed in luma's settings, and u can differentiate between them by going into system settings. luma's settings lists the names of each one. I haven't been on emuNAND in a long time, so I've never messed with it while on luma.

Emunands could be a little confusing, for example, to know the game x was installed in emumand x.
Unless you organize emunand like emunand 1 for VC or emunand 1 for rpg or something

The fastest and most "convenient" solution to this is having multiple consoles. You can have three and it'll be 900 limit.

Thats an interesting idea! Someone would have to be willing and and capable to do that.
Still i prefer emunand, as a list, is less representative of what you have, an image and music/animation is nice also and helps remember the games.
