Homebrew How can I access the Homebrew Launcher on 11.4?

I have been using the HBL through SoundHax all this time, but I did not install CFW. My exact version is 11.4.0-37U. Is there any way to get access to the HBL? Friend Code is 2208 9761 3448. It's a new 3DS.

Also, is there a way to install CIA's?

Alright. I just went through the guide, and it requires me to have CFW. I have never installed CFW on my New 3ds.

What. The guide is to SET UP Cfw. But in order to set it up you still need Homebrew access regardless. It's all in there.

No, boot9strap and arm9loaderhax are just entry points. Examples of CFW are Luma3DS, ReiNAND and the now-defunct RxTools.

If you are talking about entry points, then there is safehax, menuhax, and other former exploits like soundhax, tubehax and ironhax.

New. But I can't have boot9strap without CFW beforehand.

That page will tell you how to get homebrew. Isn't that what you wanted? If you want CFW then start 3ds.guide from the beginning.

You need a copy of oot and a powersaves. If you have another 3ds though that can inject a modded save, you need a copy of sticker star, ORAS, or oot. Has to be the cartridge.

the only free way on 11.4 is to of had the older version of swapdoodle installed and have doodlebomb installed before that app was patched


but now you will NEED to buy a game to install homebrew
till a new free public primary exploit(not need for a homebrew running system) is released

even if you have one exploit working and installed, it good to have many way to load HBL installed just in case one is blocked

My options are the only options. If you have a n3ds and the smash 4 demo and a pc running Linux, you can use that, but it's super inconvenient. My advice, use one of the games i mentioned, and find a friend on a lower firmware to install it for you. Also 3,000th post i earned a new medal.
