I unbanned myself using Method 2 and I didn't lose any legit e-shop purchase

Why do I need to make one? I still have my previous NNID, I can access the e-shop and miiverse normal as usual.

Yeah. But remember you only have to do the eshop section if you got banned a few months ago from the pokemon banwave. If you got banned a week ago then you do not need to do the eshop section.

Okay I'm not sure if this is a dumb question or not, I'm trying to make sure I understand this correctly;

If I have two consoles and one is banned, can I unban the banned one with a public seed (method 3) to enable a system transfer, and then do a system transfer to the unbanned console?

Will this make it so I can pull out two seeds from the unbanned console? Its original seed, and then a new seed generated by the system transfer? (a LFCS and movable.sed)?

Theoretically I am wondering if I can then use one of those seeds to system transfer BACK to the console that was originally banned, to effectively bring me back full circle to two unbanned consoles?

Does that make sense?

Unbanned myself today. Method 3, public seed. Works like a charm!
Everything is the same as before i changed the seeds(pre-ban). Used GM9.

Got unbanned. Method 2. Glad I system transfer all those time (4 times, dead pixel & not getting one with IPS top screen) back when I bought an N3DS.

Hmm it's suppose to be like that if you haven't done any system transfer, it's only different when you have done a system transfer before thus making method 2 available to unban you.

Just used a public LocalFriendCodeSeed_B, works great.
