Please don't edit the original "en.resx" file. Make a new one for Spanish titled "es.resx" copied from the English "en.resx" file inside of the languages directory, then edit it from there. When you are ready to test it, select the appropriate language inside of the settings of the program.
Nothing, i do it, then i write es on the "select screen", it say me that is a manual mode, blah blah... i confirm, i close and open again and its the same

There is only partial support for languages, so if you're not seeing a certain change, then it's not implemented yet. In the meantime, please keep filling in and translating into the "es.resx" file.

Can someone help me? I used disk2app to convert my disc game into a USB installable game. The game is lego dimensions.

I used NUSgrabber to grab the update for lego dimensions. I put them in the install folder and used WUP to install them. The storage manager shows the update as being installed. However lego dimensions still insists on downloading the update.

Did I miss a step?

Alright. So I spent about 3 hours reading through these comments looking for people with similar issues to mine to see if you've already posted a fix. At this point I believe it's a network error, but who's to say.

I installed the program onto my computer, extracted it, etc.
17e93acfaa964d9c86a24b203cc02660.png
But whenever I attempt to start the program, I get the same error message.
728ee0ad639647b79a10b7cdd5c95a06.png

I don't think this is my main issue, but it's still something that I know isn't supposed to happen.
Whenever I attempt to download games, I have 2 different errors that always occur.

080c2ad79fde41f6b4b93ee01d494766.png

  • The first code always opens twice, and the second error code is the one that doesn't make any sense to me, for I have no clue what WINE is but from comments in this thread I've gathered it's something for the Mac's OS.

Here are my system settings.
Or, I'm running Windows 10 64-bit.

I've tried 3 different solutions for the .dll error,
- I've installed both x84 and x64 bit Microsoft Visual C++ (the one directly from your post.)
- I've uninstalled x64 completely and just kept x86
- I've downloaded the MSVCP120.dll directly and replaced it in my System32.
I always get the same error(s).
- I've also ran the computer as Administrator
- I've completely deleted the files off of my computer and reinstalled them.
- I've ran the program in compatibility mode for all different options. (I was out of ideas.)
- I've switched the settings around, ran the EU Versionlist.

I also switched the settings around, the only one that made a notable difference were these settings, which just produced this error code.

Back to the beginning error code, if I go to settings and press update, after a try or two it lets me update but tells me I'm on the latest update, I selected yes once and it made no difference for me.

I've also tried on two computers.
I don't have the ability to screenshot the specs like I do on my main PC, but this computer is Windows 8 64-bit. On this computer, I only get the second error whenever I attempt to download games. I've tried all the different solutions on the second computer as I had on my first computer, so consider the list posted above to have been done on both my computers. I cannot for the life of my figure this out. I love a challenge, but this is so absurd I can't figure it out. If you need any additional information, feel free to ask :)

My process. (RECAP)
  1. Boot up the program from my folder, receiving this error code.
  2. Switch to the "Full Titles" tab, and select the game I'm wanting to backup. (I've tried many games.)
  3. Select the "Download" option on the bottom right with the game selected.
  4. Depending on my settings, different errors happen.
  • On US/EU servers, with "Use original NUSGrabber" checked, I get this error code.
  • On US/EU servers, "Use original NUSGrabber" unchecked, I get these error codes. (1 2) (chronological order in which they prompt.) When I select okay on the WINE one, it closes out the program.
I'm assuming it's a network error, since it's happening on both my computers. But any help would be insanely appreciated.

Should WINE/Mono be enough for this to work?

I tried running with dotnet45 installed on WINE but that didn't run.

Use a hex editor to make the file. HxD is a good program to use for this task.

Did you wait long enough for WUP to install the update in the background? If you did, then you got all the steps right. At least, to my knowledge... I'm pretty out of date on the Wii U scene, though.
@FoxMcloud5655 Is there any chance this will soon be able to download system titles? I tried to download one but received an error saying that this feature is not implemented yet.
That takes a bit of coding to do... You can download them yourself if you know the Title ID of the System Title you want. http://wiiubrew.org/wiki/Title_database

Okay... Most of this can be fixed by simply deleting the whole program and redownloading it. Now... Let me explain the errors.

1. If it's unable to connect to the internet, it just won't update, not that the program won't run. Dropbox changed how public folders work, so I had to put a new "update" link in for the program to check. That's most likely why it's unable to check for updates, and that it tells you you're on the latest version.

2. Delete the .dll file it's talking about from the directory of the program. That was a test build that failed, so I had the program delete any instances of the .dll's I had included found in it's home directory. For some reason, they never got deleted, so get rid of them if you have them. The .dll that it's talking about in the error is required for NUSGrabber.exe to work.

That being said, the way everything looks, it should work. I don't know the exact reason why it's not...

Should WINE/Mono be enough for this to work?

I tried running with dotnet45 installed on WINE but that didn't run.
Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get it to work with WINE. Haven't tried Mono... Your best bet is to use JNUS.

will it ever be possible to download individual folders?
Short answer: No.

Long answer: If my program started using another downloader/downloading method, then if IT supported the ability to select individual folders, yes. My program is only meant to be an easy way of using the command-line program "NUSGrabber.exe", and since it does not support downloading individual folders, neither will mine. If you want to download individual folders/files, use JNUS.

I get dll errors. I did install the runtime. And I'm not using wine (on windows 10) ... the dll that I'm missing is msvcp120.dll and msvcr120.dll

Make sure you are installing the x86 version, not the x64 version, and if you've had a previous version (or if the files are still there), delete the .dll files that are stored wherever you extracted my program to.

I did. or tried to. But when I tried to install it. windows stopped me and said that it was already part of my system.

Problem is the program will still not run. And I can confirm I have no other versions of .net
