This game just looks more and more incredible every time I see it and this trailer just proves how faithful they're being with this game. They couldn't have picked a more appropriate team for this project. They're handling every aspect of the game perfectly and the animation is beautiful! I hope it's used in the final game and not just the trailer.

I've been waiting 23 years for this game! I'm so glad I managed to pre-order the now out-of-stock collectors edition :)

What's in the collectors edition that isn't in the regular one?

$20? :wtf:

Bold move sega, Starting to look familiar all of a sudden. Anyway, Least there is a release date. Still no android port announced which i would least expect since they have sonic 1 and 2 and this game use the same game engine. (Still wonder why no sonic 1 and 2 port of mobile was published on consoles? Is not a genesis rom and worth paying for than the genesis rom emulation on steam/psn/xbox. Least put it on switch. GOSH! 2p mode in sonic 2 with 2 switches or even one with split screen in HD would be godlike!)

There is enough content and other good left over ideas that the Sonic Team could make an entire game out of revamped Sonic CD levels, and I say that meaning that they could just use all the old [PAST] stages at templates.

Also uh, ports of Sonic 3/S&K and Knuckles Kaotix to the PSN when? I need to finish my Sonic collection on PS3...

Nice! I'm glad to see every platform will get it 8-15. I wonder if they'll do a mix of Special stages or something completely new? Also hope there's going to be online VS. race levels.

I don't think sega will ever port any 32X games. I think sega wanna forget they tried that system. Still i do want a Knuckles chaotix port. I like the music in the game and the way the game looks and color was nice, fast and speedy and goofy as well. Is charming. :P

My main question is if there will be multiplayer and more character? OR EVEN HYPER SONIC. O_O

Now if we can just get release date for Toejam & earl back in the groove, then everything becomes clear. :D

i like how the elevator denies sonic 4's existence, 1 2 3, K(nuckles), M(ania)
thankfully 4 won't be the most recent 2d sonic game :)

i will play this for sure, i just don't know what platform yet!

I loved this game when i had a go on the demo and its everything you want and its like you picked up straight after sonic and knuckles... true die hard fan material

now all i need is a new console to play it on and the time to complete it after release lol
