Hacking How to avoid "latest game played" shows on Streetpass?

So, every time we get streetpasses the other person sees our latest played game. If you used FBI or ever the Quick Shutdown it will appears for the person whom get your streetpass.

I believe this helped to get me banned since the only homebrew I use is the Quick Shutdown because I use an external case to avoid damage my 3DS and I can't turn off easily using the power button. It will commonly appears as my latest game played.

I sometimes use the homepass relay at home and on the day I was banned I used this.

How to avoid it? Is there's some way to always shows System Setting as latest played game, editing some string on memory or app?

Delete streetpass module.

Maybe that's why I was banned... even with all legit DLCs
