Hacking If i enable new 3ds cpu to clock+l2 on luma configuration will it improve libretro pcsx emulator?

As the help text in Luma says, it doesn't affect titles that already use N3DS mode... which I would hope any homebrew that benefits from it already enables

I don't think S/M actually use N3DS CPU mode, just 96MB expanded memory (which happens to not need a reboot on N3DS), but you can check with ctrtool
