This isn't exactly a private website... anyone could come in, see the info regarding exploits and forward it to Nintendo. In fact, I'm sure there are people whose job is to do such a thing most if not all of the time. Heck, @Costello could be a mole playing the long, long con. Or... maybe it's me. Dun dun dunnn.

But as Dinocio said, some people don't even have any info about a 3ds on their profile. How can you possibly get banned like that?

I also see that a lot of people on there signatures put all there information, like what kind of 3ds they have, what there friend code is, and what cfw they use, this is not smart, don't give people more info than they need, rule #1 for the internet.

Nintendo wouldn't go banning 3DSes just beacuse their FC or information is posted in a random website, no matter if the users also said they use CFW, are working on an incoming hack, or are members of ISIS. Those are only words, they can also say they are spiderman.
