Me aswell i begin to see the path maybe banned people are those with example mario kart 7 and super smash downloaded illegaly on freeshop or installed using fbi and used online that are banned a lot of non banned user are those who paid for those online games :s but il wait and see more vote are needed!

Well you could update if you are hacked with al9h or b9s and check afterward.

I only own one VC title, have 8 physical games and I think I have the exact amount of pirated games on 3DS (haven't played much games, but it's the console I've used more).

It is be all mean...im sorry to bother you but we need to know what trigger nintendo for ban my bet is eshop online title key but i could be wrong they check if your game is legit or not.
