Boot time seems the same. One is boot should be faster, did you notice any difference in boot times with b9 as compared to a9
Valid enough reasonBecause Luma3DS will only be supporting sighax from here on out. So I guess that's a pretty solid reason right there.
ya fam, you're good.Can I upgrade to 11.4.0.37E at B9S without worrying?
Boot9Strap is the newest hack released for the 3ds. Its superior to A9LH and will allow for better customization of CFW among other things.Annoyingly still on 11.2 because I have a need to retain GW support, which hasn't been updated yet.
What the heck is b9? is there going to be a c9 afterward too?
Step 1. follow "the Guide" on updating to Bott9strapWhat's a B9S & why is it better them al9h? & should I install it? if yes, How should I install it on 11.4 Luma A9lh?
boot9strap, implementation of sighax, a BOOTROM exploitWhat's a B9S & why is it better them al9h? & should I install it? if yes, How should I install it on 11.4 Luma A9lh?
How is it better then a9lh? What's new on it & is it good for the future?Step 1. follow "the Guide" on updating to Bott9strap

Step 3. Profit.
As of now, there is not much of a benifit aside from faster boot times. However, in the future...What's a B9S & why is it better them al9h? & should I install it? if yes, How should I install it on 11.4 Luma A9lh?
As of now, there is not much of a benifit aside from faster boot times. However, in the future...
- payloads will switch from .bin to .firm
- More applications will be made for B9S
- Luma will no longer support A9LH
This won't really give much more functionality to the end user. A9LH was sufficient enough to have the 300 limit passed, but no one made a patch for it. (same goes with custom home menus)You might be able to bypass the 3ds's title limit but I'm not quite shure
