Hacking Bricked? during Section II of 3ds.guide

I am currently up to Section II - Launching SafeB9SInstaller Part 3.

I had just pressed start to exit udsploit and then went back into the list of Homebrew and launched safehax.

I then entered the requested controls to initiate the process in safehax and the last thing I remember is it was in the middle of backing up, and then the power just went off (USB cable was plugged in at all times).

I waited and then tried to power back up, the blue power light comes on briefly and then turns off and nothing happens with the screen.

I am using the New 3DS (small version) on 11.3.0-36E.

Is my console fucked?

Make sure the boot.firm is on the ROOT of your SD card. Here's an example with F: being my SD Card drive.
F:/boot.firm
