Homebrew Can a title key from different game be edited/used with another?

Hey guys, there are a few games i have recently grabbed with jnus.

and they do not come with title keys, i googled and searched on the iso sites/the title tik site.
neither of them had the title keys i needed.

so i'd like to ask, whether it is possible to edit or just use a title key from a different game with the ones i have downloaded, and then using some homebrew app like tik2sd to dump (maybe this will dump the original title key of the game i want) and then mayhap work ?

guess i'll just have to redownload the game i need in EUR then.

as i only found the ticket key from the game i want in EUR (Oddworld new n tasty) on the key site.
i have a U.S console, but i have cbhc installed on it, it autoboots into fw img i believe.

so i should be fine with installing a EUR game yea?

edit: actually ._. ehem, the title key from the games on the key site are not available, the name is there but no ticket available for download.
dang it, guess i will pass on those 2 games i wanted to try out.

eShop-only games have the key, but not the ticket, because the submitter's ticket is specific to their console. You have to use that key to generate a fake ticket, or use a program like FunkiiU or WiiU USB Helper to create one for you. (FunkiiU can grab/create just the ticket if you ask it for -ticketsonly. You won't have to redownload the whole title.)

but i cannot get python running, i open funkiiu.py and it just opens/closes up a cmd window in a flash.
how do i get it running ?

edit: nvm i just went on ahead and googled abit, found an exe version of funkiiu, i loathe python, it never works the way it should for me, even though i install it correctly/and the path sh1t

the thing is, how do i download only a ticket with it ?
i have the gui open now, and i entered the key site in the 'the key site' field.

and clicked download/update json thing.

and mate, the key site does not have the game (from the region) i am trying to fetch a ticket from.
oddworld new n tasty (U.S) the site has only EUR.

what do i do ~.~' (guess i will have to depend on python for the single file download.. but need to get it working first ughh)

edit2: and btw. i only know the titleID of oddworld, since i grabbed it from jnus.
i do not have title key for it =_= , and it is not available in the title key website.
i only see the EUR version.
i think i give up on this.

You already knew that. You asked if you could load the EUR version. I answered YES. As I mentioned earlier, if you want only the ticket, you use -ticketsonly, but that would only be helpful if you went back and grabbed the EUR version, which is what I thought you did based on your question about loading it. Sorry we weren't on the same page.

Anyway... Here's how to create tickets only.

now i have downloaded a loadiine based oddworld, i will convert it for USB method.

for everyone who gets issue with the key site, make sure to leave out www<
baka moi, so has to be like this > http://thaa.keysite.gq
