That's an rar, you need to extract that and then inject the pk7 files

Those .bin files are box binaries for PKHeX. You can generate them with the program itself, but I'm 99% sure that one was generated from PKMNTR, which allows you to dump breeding boxes (or regular boxes) in binaries to use with PKHeX. I use the backups for wondertrade myself when using the bot and they are always named "WonderTrade.bin".

Then all you have to do is search something like Pokemondb.com to see movesets, met locations/levels etc. The pokemon HAS to be able to exist one way or the other and PKHeX has a legality checker to help. it will even suggest relearn moves for you and more. Honestly, it's a pretty self explanatory program. Your OP was asking a specific question, you never said until now you wanted help with the programs in general. As @Dionicio3 said, you'll find more information through google and YouTube vs here unless you have another specific question.

I suggest reading the "About" tab within PKHeX itself, it's full of useful information as well as shortcuts and it would have answered this question for you.

As for PKSM it's basically the exact same thing but in 3DS form, although PKHeX has more options I suggest using that for generating brand new pokemon and only using PKSM to edit existing ones or inject wondercards.

I have tried Googling to find a tutorial on pksm every different way I could think of... The only ones I have been able to find our videos about how to generate Pokemon with the program... However that's not what I want...

Me personally, I am looking forward to a tutorial on how to inject Wonder Cards into pksm to get event Pokemon that are not already available in the events menu...

Any help finding a tutorial on that, would be wonderful!

The one that pops up for GitHub, has been removed or something because it just says 404 not found...
