Homebrew Homebrew via Cubic Ninja - Save manager for acnl

So I have just recently installed homebrew. I have a N3ds (11.4) and I'm trying to dump my acnl save. I've already tried Jk's save manager and the save manager that comes with ninjahax but I can't seem to get acnl to show up under any of my save managers. Am I missing something or doing something wrong?
I have both physical copies of cubic ninja and acnl if that helps.

If I could I would, but my access to the save manager and homebrew is when the cubic ninja cartridge is in my 3ds. Is there a way to get to the save manager without having to put the cubic ninja game in?

I saw a video a longer time ago where someone switched out the cart with Homebrew on it with a Nyan Cat Homebrew. I dont know if that still works. Try it!

Cubic Ninja was taken down from the eShop a long time ago and without CFW there is no way to get a digital version of that game.

I saw a video a longer time ago where someone switched out the cart with Homebrew on it with a Nyan Cat Homebrew. I dont know if that still works. Try it!

Wtf? You cannot switch the ROM on a retail cart. Remember, ROM stands for Read Only Memory

No I don't mean that. I mean:

1. Start HBL with Cubic Ninja
2. Start the Nyan Cat HB
3. Take out the Cubic Ninja cart
4. Put in ACNL
5. ???
6. Profit

I think once you're in HBL it's safe to remove the Cubic Ninja cart.

Right. In v1 of ninjhax, you can't take out the cart.
