I installed some .CIA files in the past but after I changed into a 64gb sdcard it stopped working. Im running 11.2.0.35U Soundhax. The only options that show are
"Delete, Rename, Copy, Paste." If you need more information tell me. But I dont think I can tell the website name that I can install legit cias. (Hint: It is in spanish)

You have to unzip and put it in the luma/payloads folder on your SD card.
Thanks! The reason I take long to respond its because of the time limit. ALso what do you mean "luma/payloads folder on your sd card" like I just drag drop right? Or do I need to change some things?
Do you have custom firmware or just basic Homebrew? 11.2+soundhax tells me you don't have custom firmware.
I dont have CFW but im trying to learn how but I just need the most recent thread or video I could watch to learn how to add CFW on my N3DS

You should get custom firmware by following http://3ds.guide. That is the only guide you should follow, and no, there is no video guide for it AND you should NEVER follow video guides when setting up custom firmware on your system.

I did I followed every step on the first steps of homebrew and then on I just tried to test it out. Im saying is it the CRTransfer that is the CFW?
CTR Transfer is the next step. There are links at the bottom of the page that tells you where to go to next.
