Use FBI, go to "Titles" > Whatever game/CIA you wanna delete > "Delete Title And Ticket"

Mind if I ask what you mean by "It isn't working" though?

Deleting the CIA file will delete the game that the CIA was used to install, yes.

Um, no. It won't. And that's not even what he asked.
So I installed eur super smash bros legit CIA and how do I delete it, it's not working.:(

I would just delete it from data management, it's the safest.
You can delete it from FBI as well but be careful to only delete the correct title, as you can accidentally delete system titles if you're not careful. The safe ones to delete are shown in green, system titles are shown in red.

What I meant to say was "Deleting the title using FBI will delete the game, yes." But your method is probably better anyways.

But yea, deleting a .CIA file won't uninstall a game.
