Weeeelp, as usual, I couldn't sleep, and I have school tomorrow, so of course I wasn't planning to sleep anyways.
So, a week ago I finished Majoras 3D.
And in order to not fall asleep today, decided that I should speed run Majoras 64 (today I have nothing to do)
So I blew the dust from my Zelda Collectors Edition, put the game on my Wii and proceeded to play Majoras.
I was playing just fine, until I got the Ocarina from the Imp.
Then, as you know, you have to play the Song of Time in order to progress.
I did but EXACTLY AS I FINISHED playing the song, an error appeared.

The same error that appears when the Gamecube's laser dies.
The:
"An error occurred. Please turn of your console and refer to the user's manual"

A long time ago (talking about 6 or even 10 years, can't remember) I experienced some freezing while playing this particular version of Majoras on my Gamecube. That's why I finished the 3d version.

Does anyone else has experienced this same error with this specific game?
Or is my laser about to die?
For your information, I only have Mario Kart Wii, so I have NEVER used double layer discs. And I stopped playing that game since WFC shutdown.

Any suggestions?

My guess would be that the game itself is scratched. Could you inspect the disc for me and report back whether or not it is scratched?

Yes, I thought so. But actually is not scratched. And surprisingly, Zelda I, Zelda II and Zelda OoT works just fine.

Also, I just discovered something:
When playing the "Retrospective" it reboots my Wii

IF its a problem of the console, it should happen the same thing with pretty much every disc based game, no?
Right now I downloaded a Majoras WAD and that's what I'm playing now.
