Homebrew Best way to ask questions for help

Provide the essential information:

• Whether you have New 3ds, or referred to as the Old 3ds
• What CFW(Custom FirmWare) you have so, RXtools, Luma3ds, Corbenik, etc.
• if you have a Emunand, or a Sysnand.
• what firmware you have (go into 3ds settings and on the top screen, bottom left, there should be a number like "11.4.0-E4")
• If you were following a guide, tell which part you got stuck or did something not so smart.

Apply this information.

Hi, i was following the 3ds.guide guide, and on section II it says i dont have a "otp.bin" i dont know what to do.
It is a New 3ds.

Another Example

I was installing some .CIA files and i left it for a few minutes to the bathroom, and when i came back the screen was black, i have RXtools, with Emunand, latest version, O3ds. I think the files i was installing was my backup of SSB, and some files for the NDS_boostrap. Any help is welcomed

before you post your thread about you needing help, you should at least do a simple search looking for someone else who also have your problem, if that doesn't work you can.

But this is in Homebrew while that question was in CFW? I don't think the OP saw this thread, but just a merry coincidence
