You can buy replacement 3DS/DS game shells on AliExpress. Though you would need to mod it a little to fit your need. Or, just buy a new flash card, they're cheap enough now.

The DSTwo is not cheap, it is about $50

I was on about flash cards in general. I picked up my DSTT for £5

I couldn't find them on Aliexpress, but there's some on eBay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/DS-3DS-DSI-...164534&hash=item1a1694aa09:g:JZoAAOSwX~dWs-zt

As I said, you'd need to mod them a little, but I image this wouldn't be too difficult. Hope this helps :)

I probably can't link the site here, but the name is Sky 3DS UK - They're currently listing them for £8
Post the link please, this forum is sponsored by a flashcart dealer. Okay? There are banner ads for it all over.

The DSTwo most likely won't fit in a normal DS cart. I know they did some revising, but the chips are still rather large.
I tried and they do work. You just need to sand the crap out of everything on the bottom shell. If you have the top shell it works best.

They must have revised the shit out of this cart over the years. I remember both the first and second batch and I even still have mine from the first batch. It has the big ass chips and just a sticker to protect the chips. I know the second version of the DSTWO had slightly smaller chips, but still had a sticker to protect the board. So if there's any revision I missed, then that's cool too. It's hard to keep up with NDS news these days.

I would rather modify a second-hand DS cart's shell to make it insert smoothly.
Official shell sucks.
