What wrong with XSplit for reset password?

Wow...I didn't use XSplit for since my Window XP. I don't see why not to use XSplit on my Window 7. *went to website and download then after annoying install failed few times and finally install* I am pretty sure I have my account. *tried few times with my old password* Damn. I can't remember my password. *click Forgot My Password then type my e-mail address then click on reset my password* What the? This is not normal. Where is new password and retype new password. Oh well. Guess I will type my email again. *type it again and same thing after click reset my password* *soft growl then tried few times but no new password and retype new password and my face turn to red and furious*

This is what look like this. Does anyone encounter this bug? I mean seriously, I never see this before for any kind of website. This is my first time reset password bug that you can't get new password.

did you happen to receive the mail and managed to get into the reset password form?

XSplit doesn't do much that OBS can't. I've had problems since after they came out of Beta with their Broadcaster software. It's terrible.

I did. Did you see the picture on link? That is what look like. You can see blue box message fill out your new password below. I don't see it. It only same for submit your email. Nothing else.

OH ok. I did contact to that website and hope they fix it now. So far I retry and it still same thing.
