Homebrew Homebrew Launcher access on 11.0.0-4U?

I got a big problem here: just bought a O3ds fw 2.1.0-4U. Instead of install arm9loaderhax (just realized that it could be done AFTER start the update sh!t), I updated using a POkémon Sun game cart, and guess what, the firmware now is 11.0.0-4U (not 11.0.0-33U), and there is no access to HL through SoundHax. So I tryied OoT Exploit, but it keep giving a error and restart the 3DS.
Is there a way to access HL on this firmware? Or a way to make the OoThax work like on 11.0.0-33U? Help me guys. Thanks for reading my post.

just curious as he said soundhax didnt work. I think soundhax was lost at 11.4 and that anything under should potentially let soundhax work. Also. That site linked says page not found.

Fixed. SoundHax does not work on consoles that were updated from a low version with a cartridge, because the cartridge does not update the sound app.

Yep. The guide says to use an alternative way to boot HL, but OoThax didnt work at all. Tryied several times, and all I got was a system reboot, not even those colors messing on the screen. Looks like this is a locked mixed firmware, and there's no way we can access HL. I just wanted to be sure about it before update to 11.4 through internet.

Makes you wonder why the powers that be don't just make a new ctrtransfer pack that has an undowngraded sound app.

Tryied OoTHax several times (downloaded the 11.0.0-4U and 11.0.0-33U exploit, both didn't work).

I can't find it either sorry!!! Maybe there isn't one? Seems strange.

I am no expert on OoThax. But maybe post what options you're picking in the installer, and what files you're using, in case someone who knows a lot about it sees this thread and can see what's going wrong and how to fix it.

The user had the same problem, but accessed the HL through BaseHax. I'll try this other way, but the download link for basehax is down.

MADE IT! I found the basehax, installed on my Pokémon AS, and it boot HL on my 11.0.0-4U 3DS. Thanks for all the help. Now the next step it get back to 2.1.0-4U.
